It does involve characters from the past novels but it can be read as a standalone with no problem or spoilers about those books.ĪRC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review. Overall, this is a book I would recommend to anyone, even readers that aren't sports-romance fans because this book deserves to be read.

I thought everything was very well written and that it all played out in the best possible way for all the characters involved in the story. I devoured this book in one sitting because I refused to get up or let my focus wonder to anything other than these characters. There was still a lot happening in the story that kept me intrigued and forcing myself to not skip to the end to find out what happened. I loved that from the very beginning you just knew that they belonged together and they fit in each others lives perfectly. There really wasn't any big sweep-her-off-her-feet moments, but that worked for these characters. Zack and Denise fell into a romance quickly and with ease. Something So Unscripted was a low angst, sweet, amazing read.
